To register and maintain an active real-money account on mw8888, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

Each eligible individual may register one (1) account on mw8888. The registration of multiple accounts by one individual is strictly prohibited regardless of the reason or method used. mw8888 uses technical and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts and will permanently close all associated accounts upon discovery, with all balances forfeited.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested. mw8888 reserves the right to verify this information at any stage using identity verification procedures.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification: Before processing any withdrawal, mw8888 requires identity verification. Acceptable Philippine government-issued identification includes: Philippine Passport, Driver's License issued by LTO, SSS/GSIS ID, PhilSys National ID, UMID, Voter's ID, and PRC ID. mw8888 may request additional documentation including proof of address and source of funds for accounts flagged for enhanced due diligence.

mw8888 accepts deposits exclusively through the approved payment channels listed in the Deposits section of the platform at the time of transaction. Approved channels currently include GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. The list of approved channels may change at mw8888's discretion without prior notice.

Deposits: All deposits to mw8888 must originate from payment instruments in your own name. mw8888 does not accept deposits from third parties. Deposits are credited to your mw8888 wallet upon successful confirmation from the payment processor. mw8888 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment intermediaries.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment channel used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically feasible. Withdrawals are subject to a completed KYC verification. mw8888 processes withdrawal requests during its standard operating hours. Typical processing times are as follows:

• GCash and Maya withdrawals: typically within 15 minutes during normal processing hours
• Bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank via InstaPay/PesoNet): typically 1–3 business hours
• Other channels: up to 24 hours from approval

mw8888 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of identity and source-of-funds verification where required. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 unless otherwise specified in the relevant payment channel instructions.

mw8888 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, reload offers, cashback promotions, and other incentive programs to eligible players. All such offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published with the respective promotion in the mw8888 Promotions section.

General Bonus Terms:

• Each bonus offer has a specific wagering requirement (also referred to as a playthrough requirement) expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 10x, 20x, 30x). The wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Unless otherwise specified, wagering contributions from different game categories vary: live casino baccarat and blackjack may contribute at a lower rate (typically 10–20%) than slot games, which generally contribute at 100% unless individually excluded.
• Bonuses have expiry dates. Any unmet wagering requirement and associated bonus balance will be forfeited upon expiry.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on mw8888. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Using the mw8888 platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime
• Registering or maintaining more than one mw8888 account
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification
• Accessing the platform or placing bets on behalf of another person, including acting as a third-party agent
• Using any automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or other unauthorized technology to interact with mw8888 games or systems
• Colluding with other players or with mw8888 staff to gain an unfair advantage in any game
• Exploiting any technical glitches, errors in odds, or game malfunctions for financial gain

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the mw8888 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any mw8888 content.

• Service interruptions, technical failures, or platform downtime caused by factors outside mw8888's direct control, including third-party infrastructure, Philippine telecommunications network outages, or force majeure events
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential security
• Errors in game results attributable to certified RNG systems or live dealer operational circumstances beyond mw8888's control, where such errors are addressed in accordance with the platform's established game dispute procedures
• Decisions made by payment processors, banks, or e-wallet providers (including GCash and Maya) that result in delayed or failed transactions

Nothing in these Terms limits mw8888's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by mw8888's negligence. The above exclusions apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.

The mw8888 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. mw8888 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the platform at your own risk.

The collection and use of your personal data is governed by the mw8888 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.

By registering a mw8888 account, you consent to the collection, processing, storage, and — where required by law or regulatory obligation — disclosure of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key data processing activities include: identity verification (KYC), transaction monitoring for AML/CTF compliance, customer support communications, fraud detection, and responsible gaming monitoring.

mw8888 complies with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines. You have the right to access, correct, and (in certain circumstances) request the deletion of personal data held by mw8888, subject to applicable legal retention obligations.

If the dispute is not resolved to your satisfaction through the internal process, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's Player Protection Unit or such other competent regulatory authority as may have jurisdiction. mw8888 cooperates fully with regulatory investigations and complies with all regulatory determinations.

In the event any provision of these Terms is found by a competent court or regulatory authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
